About Me
Hi there!
I'm Serena 欣允, a Taiwanese American journalist passionate about long-form storytelling. I graduated from Wesleyan University with a degree in international relations, East Asian studies, and religion. I am now pursuing a graduate degree at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Some of the stories I gravitate to involve identity, diaspora, civil-military relations, Indo-Pacific security, civil resistance, and faith.
My work as a journalist has appeared across Sony's podcasts, Marketplace NPR, and iHeart Radio. I am currently producing for PRX and The Aspen Institute. Prior to my work in audio, I interned at NBC, Frontline PBS, and served as the Editor-in-Chief of my university paper, The Wesleyan Argus.
I'm currently living in Boston and love meeting more creatives. Please reach out!
